Hi, I'm Olaf and I like warm hugs! I'm almost as much fun as the snowman from Frozen, but I don't melt in suuummmmmmerrrrrrr! I came into rescue a few weeks ago. Before that, I was bounced around a bit. My original family couldn't keep me anymore. They gave me to another family, but a family member was allergic to dogs, which prevented them from giving me a long-term home. So, I came into rescue. I've been living in a home with two other Boxers (and some humans, including something called a "teenager"). When I first arrived, I tried to make sweet love to the female Boxer in the home, but then my foster mom took me to the vet and now I've had to give up such pursuits. The vet also gave me some shots and pronounced me to be a healthy boy. I did have a blood test that showed exposure to Lyme, so I'll need another blood test in six months to make sure my level has dropped (I'm currently being treated with antibiotics). My health is unaffected by the Lyme exposure. Let's see . . . what else would you like to know about me? I'm playful and happy-go-lucky. I love to cuddle (you know, those warm hugs I was talking about?) and get along well with other dogs.I enjoy walks, but could use some leash training. My foster mom is happy to report that I am 100% housebroken (her last foster dog was a puppy so she's still a little traumatized). If you're looking for an all-around nice dog, I just might be the boy for you!
If you are interested in adopting me...
