Dear GABR Adopter,
You already know that the Boxer you adopted from Green Acres Boxer Rescue is the cutest, smartest, most photogenic dog on the planet. Now you can let the rest of the world know!
A few years ago we decided that it might be fun to issue a calendar full of photos of Boxers adopted from GABR. We've issued seven calendars and each one has been more fun than the last. The calendar is not only a fundraiser for us, but a fun way to celebrate the lives of the many dogs who pass through our doors.
If you'd like to have your dog's photo included, please send it to us by July 31, 2011. (Other dogs may appear in the photo but the focus will be on the GABR adoptee).
Dave, our artsy-fartsy guy (that's his official title) is the master of the calendar and he politely asks that you do the following:
- Send your photo(s) to Dave@GreenAcresBoxerRescue.com.
- Name the file(s) after your dog. In other words, send a file that's called Rocky01.jpg, not DSC1578.jpg. That's because we get hundreds of files and it gets hard to keep track of all the dogs and their names.
- The bigger the better! Large, high resolution photos work best for the calendar.
- In the email, please list:
- The name of the dog at the time of the adoption.
- The name of your dog now (if different)
Your first opportunity to buy a calendar will be at Boxer Bash 2011 on September 24th. Don't miss your chance to share your Boxer's sassy mug with the world!
